The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends a yearly flu (influenza) vaccine for all children 6 months and older.
Flu vaccination can reduce flu illnesses, doctors’ visits, and missed work and school due to flu, as well as prevent flu-related hospitalizations. The more people who get vaccinated, the more people will be protected from getting the flu. We have three great locations to get your annual flu vaccine.
Instructions: Please make an appointment - we get so very busy it will be difficult to accommodate walk-ins. Call the location of your choice to schedule your appointment. You can expect it to take roughly 10 minutes per family. In most cases, patients with egg allergies can receive the flu shot. If you have questions about your child, egg allergies, and the flu shot, just call our office and ask!
